TNPL reported FY25 revenue of `4490.91 Cr`, but profitability suffered heavily with PBT at `5.29 Cr` and PAT at `3.72 Cr`, mainly due to rising imports and raw material costs. A `3.00/share` dividend was declared. Future plans include a new `340 Cr` tissue plant (100 TPD by March 2026), power upgrades, and solar additions.
