Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited — Others, 25-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Bhansali Engineering Polymers (BEPL) has called its 41st Annual General Meeting to adopt the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported gross sales of ₹1,648.99 Cr, with profit after tax at ₹179.82 Cr and EPS of ₹7.23. BEPL announced a total dividend of ₹4 per equity share (400%) for FY25. Shareholders will also consider re-appointing Mr. Jayesh B. Bhansali as Joint Managing Director cum CFO for five years and ratifying auditor remuneration. The company plans to expand ABS capacity from 75,000 TPA to 100,000 TPA by September 2026, costing ₹200 Cr, funded internally to maintain its "Zero Debt Status."
