Century 21 Officespace Private Limited and its associates have completed their open offer to acquire shares in Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Limited. The offer successfully secured 3,78,251 equity shares at an offer price of Rs. 1,250 per share, amounting to 47.28 Cr. This transaction boosts the Acquirer and its associates' combined stake to 39.29% in Sayaji Hotels. Post-offer, the public shareholding of Sayaji Hotels stands at 19.35%, which is below the mandated 25%. The Acquirer, its associates, and the existing promoter group will collectively work to restore the minimum public shareholding.
