Dalal Street Investments has announced its 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to review the FY24-25 Annual Report. Key AGM proposals include the re-appointment of Mr. Murzash Manekshana as Director and Mrs. Geeta Manekshana as MD & CEO for three years. M/s. Karia & Shah's re-appointment as Statutory Auditors and M/s Pusalkar & Co's appointment as Secretarial Auditors will also be approved.
