    Creative Newtech's board approved increasing borrowing and asset pledging limits to Rs 750 Cr each, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Purvi Patel was appointed President – Strategy & Sustainability. Sept 23 is Record Date for dividend/AGM, which is scheduled for Sept 30.
