DRC Systems board approved a preferential issue of 1 Cr equity shares at ₹25/share, raising ₹25 Cr from Shiv Minechem. Authorized capital will increase from ₹15 Cr to ₹17.50 Cr. Three Independent Directors were reappointed for a second term. AGM scheduled for Sep 25, 2025.
