    GACM Technologies' board approved issuing 121.01 Cr new shares via swap to acquire stakes in Market Simplified India Ltd (5.34%) and WEXL EDU Pvt Ltd (21.06%). It also greenlit increasing authorized share capital from Rs 300 Cr to Rs 550 Cr, pending shareholder approval.
