Astonea Labs' Board has resolved to apply for a three-month extension to hold its 8th Annual General Meeting for FY 2024-25. This delay is due to the significant increase in compliance requirements and internal process realignments following its recent listing on BSE. Additionally, the resignation of the Company Secretary during this critical transition period has caused unavoidable delays in secretarial and compliance activities while a new one is being appointed. This means the AGM, and thus key shareholder discussions, will occur later than usual.
