    Ramdevbaba Solvent reported FY25 standalone revenue of Rs 935.59 Cr (up) & net profit of Rs 15.03 Cr (up). The AGM on Sep 23, 2025, will consider raising authorized capital to Rs 27.50 Cr and new borrowings/investments up to Rs 250-350 Cr. Plans include a corn oil plant & new FMCG product range.
