JSW Steel incorporated APJSW Private Limited, a JV (89% stake) with APMDC. This JV will set up a Rs 1,075 Cr integrated iron ore project in Andhra Pradesh to mine and beneficiate low-grade ore, aiming for ~1.3 MTPA, replacing imports and saving costs.
