Kahan Packaging Ltd — Important, 26-08-2025: Company Update

Kahan Packaging's Board has approved key operational items. The company will propose the appointment of M/s. Kayde & Associates as its new Statutory Auditor at the upcoming 12th Annual General Meeting, replacing the current auditors. Separately, the Board also proposed revisions to the salaries of Chairman & Managing Director Mr. Prashant Jitendra Dholakia, and Whole-Time Directors Mr. Rohit Jitendra Dholakia and Mrs. Purvi Prashant Dholakia, all subject to member approval. The Board also approved the Board's Report for the year ended March 31, 2025, and the notice for the 12th AGM, with a fixed book closure period.
