The company applied for an amnesty, remitting only the tax component of about Rs. 0.056 Cr. An Amnesty Order was subsequently issued, waiving the interest and penalty amounts, totaling approximately Rs. 0.079 Cr. This annuls the original demand order, positively impacting the company by significantly reducing the financial outflow from the dispute.
