Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited — Others, 26-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

BPCL shareholders have approved all 13 resolutions at the company's 72nd Annual General Meeting. This includes the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, and the declaration of a final dividend, in addition to confirming the interim dividend. Shareholders also approved the reappointment of a Director and the appointments of new Independent Directors. Critical material related party transactions, such as providing senior debt and a sponsor guarantee for Mozambique LNG 1 through a subsidiary, also received shareholder approval, enabling key business initiatives.
