India Cements Capital has announced significant leadership changes following a Board meeting and a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. K. Suresh has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Concurrently, Mr. S. Pranatharthiharan, who has been with the company since 1997 and most recently served as Senior Manager Accounts, has been appointed as the new CFO. In a related move, Mr. K. Suresh, an associate since 2007, will assume the role of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. These adjustments are a result of internal restructuring and a realignment of roles to enhance organizational efficiency.
