Ramchandra Leasing & Finance Ltd — Important, 01-01-1970: Company Update

Akhil Mittal and Pratika Sharma are making an open offer to acquire 2.11 crore shares (26% of emerging capital) of Ramchandra Leasing and Finance Ltd. at ₹2.36 per share, valuing the offer at ₹4.98 crore.
