TAAL Enterprises held its 11th Annual General Meeting via Video Conferencing, where shareholders approved several key proposals. This included the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the last financial year. Important leadership decisions involved the re-appointment of Mr. Salil Taneja as Director and his further appointment as Managing Director. Additionally, shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Sahu as an Independent Director and Mr. Narayan Vithal Karbhase as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, both for five-year terms.
