India Cements Capital has announced significant changes in its Key Managerial Personnel. Mr. K. Suresh has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer. He is succeeded by Mr. S. Pranatharthiharan, an Intermediate qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in finance and accounts, associated with the company since 1997. Concurrently, Mr. K. Suresh has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. These adjustments stem from an internal restructuring and realignment of roles, strategically leveraging the expertise of both individuals in new capacities.
