Growth is driven by plans to increase business from existing clients, onboard new ones, and expand internationally with dedicated sales teams. The company is also digitalizing operations and exploring new industry verticals such as Automobile and Healthcare.

Recent milestones include crossing ₹500 Cr in turnover in FY25 and strategic international expansion through the acquisition of MNR Technical Services (UAE) in 2023 and establishing a Saudi Arabia subsidiary in 2024.

Key financial metrics show Q1-FY26 EBITDA at ₹4.9 Cr (3.24% margin) and Diluted EPS at ₹2.83. The company maintains a low gearing with Net Debt to Equity at 0.14x for FY25.

Management is focused on continuous talent acquisition, maintaining high-quality standards, and enhancing operational excellence to diversify service offerings across the engineering value chain.
