Concord Enviro Systems Limited — Others, 26-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Concord Enviro Systems will hold its 26th Annual General Meeting virtually. Shareholders will consider adopting the FY25 financial statements and re-appointing Mr. Prayas Goel as a director. Other agenda items include appointing Secretarial Auditors for `0.0125 Cr for FY26 (with annual increases), and amending the ESOP 2022 to provide Board flexibility without prejudicing employee rights. Shareholders will also vote on revised remuneration for CMD Mr. Prayas Goel and ED Mr. Prerak Goel, each with a fixed component up to `0.22 Cr and a variable component up to `1.00 Cr for FY26-27. This approval is sought as total managerial remuneration exceeds net profit limits.
