The company has announced its 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually via video conferencing. The Annual Report, which includes the AGM agenda and e-voting instructions, has been distributed to shareholders and is available on the company's and stock exchanges' websites. Shareholders without registered email addresses will receive a direct link to the report. For the purpose of the AGM, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Register will be closed for a period. Shareholders will have an e-voting period prior to the meeting and can also vote during the virtual AGM. The aggregate e-voting results will be announced shortly after the meeting.
