TeamLease Services has announced its 25th Annual General Meeting for September 19, 2025, to adopt the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue grew 20% to 11,155.87 Cr, with PAT at 110.47 Cr. The company achieved a 9% rise in general staffing headcount, adding 25,000 associates. Strategic acquisitions in TSR Darashaw HR, Ikigai, and Crystal HR, totaling 36 Cr, expanded its HR tech and specialized staffing presence. Shareholders will vote on re-appointing Managing Director Ashok Reddy with a proposed 1.85 Cr annual compensation, and approving 1.55 Cr remuneration for Executive Vice Chairman Manish Sabharwal. The meeting also includes a proposal to update the Articles of Association regarding equity share par value to 10 Rupees.
