SILGO Retail entered the renewable energy sector by acquiring 100% of Hare Krishna Creative Realty. The subsidiary secured a 51 MW solar project from MSEDCL across 16 sites in Maharashtra. A 25-year PPA is in place at ₹2.99/kWh, including a subsidy of ₹91.23 Lakh/MW, totaling ₹46.53 Cr.
