Uma Converter Limited — Others, 26-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Uma Converter has released its Annual Report for FY 2024-25 and announced its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 18 via virtual means. For FY24-25, the company reported a total income of Rs. 227.85 Cr, up from Rs. 186.35 Cr last year. Profit after tax decreased to Rs. 2.70 Cr from Rs. 4.19 Cr. Shareholders will consider re-appointing Mr. Abhishek Lodha as Director and Mr. Pradeep Lodha as Independent Director for a second term. Mr. Sumer Raj Lodha's re-appointment as MD and Mrs. Nirmala Lodha's revised remuneration will also be on the agenda. The company has no dividend planned for FY24-25 and will appoint M/s. VTSN & Associates as Secretarial Auditors.
