Nutricircle Limited has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Barentz Distribution India Private Limited. Under this agreement, Barentz will market, distribute, and resell Nutricircle's life science ingredients. Nutricircle, as the principal, will accept purchase orders from Barentz up to 115% of the estimated annual volume. This partnership aims to expand market reach and sales for Nutricircle's products through a global distributor. The agreement is for an initial term of five years, with automatic one-year renewals.
