UGRO Capital announced acquiring Profectus for 1,400 Cr, pending RBI nod, and raised 1,300 Cr equity. AUM grew 31% YoY to 12,081 Cr, with Net Profit rising 12% to 34.1 Cr. Embedded finance AUM topped 1,000 Cr, while underwriting tightened on some portfolio stress. GNPA increased to 2.5%.
