Senores Pharmaceuticals Limited — Others, 26-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Senores Pharmaceuticals has announced its Eighth Annual General Meeting. Shareholders will review and adopt the financial results for FY 2024-25. Key proposals include revising Managing Director Swapnil Shah's annual remuneration to 7.50 Cr (from 3 Cr) and Whole-Time Director Chetan Shah's to 1.70 Cr (from 1.20 Cr). These adjustments, effective April 1, 2025, are attributed to company performance and leadership contributions; while standalone profits were inadequate, consolidated profits were healthy. Members will also vote on re-appointing two directors and appointing secretarial auditors. All voting for the AGM will be electronic.
