Goldcoin Health Foods has submitted its 36th Annual Report, including audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a turnover of Rs. 0.065 Cr for FY25, an increase from the previous year, but posted a net loss of Rs. (0.122) Cr. Management plans for higher turnover and cattle farm development with improved technology to boost future performance. The Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on September 18, 2025, to adopt the accounts and consider re-appointing director Mr. Devang Shah. Shareholders also approved a capital reduction scheme in March, which awaits NCLT approval.
