Sri Lotus Developers' board approved Q1 FY26 consolidated results: Revenue at ₹61.32 Cr and Net Profit at ₹25.79 Cr. The board also gave its assent for M/s Vishal N Manseta as Secretarial Auditors for 5 years and ratified the Employee Stock Option Plan 2024, both awaiting shareholder approval.
