Archidply Industries concluded its 30th Annual General Meeting. The Managing Director & CEO updated shareholders on the company's operational and financial performance, along with future plans. Resolutions presented for shareholder approval included adopting the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. Shareholders also considered re-appointing Mr. Deen Dayal Daga as a director and Executive Chairman & Whole Time Director, and re-appointing Mr. Rajiv Daga as Managing Director & CEO. An ordinary resolution was also put forth to appoint a Secretarial Auditor. The Statutory Auditor's Report for FY25 contained no adverse comments. Voting results will be disclosed shortly.
