The re-appointment of Mr. Dipan Mehta as Director and M/s. JMT & Associates as Statutory Auditors for the financial year 2025-26 also passed. Out of 5.80 crore shares, 4.14 crore votes were cast, representing 71.30% of outstanding shares, with overwhelming majority in favor of all proposals.
