Eco Recycling Ltd — Important, 26-08-2025: Company Update

The Board has approved the appointment of Dr. Yeshwant Sontakke as an Independent Director for five years, bringing over three decades of environmental expertise to the company. CS Neha Poddar was also appointed as the new Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, following the resignation of M/s KPUB & Co. These key governance appointments are subject to shareholder approval. The 31st Annual General Meeting is proposed to be held on September 30, 2025, via video conference, where shareholders will vote on these changes.
