Eco Recycling Ltd — Important, 26-08-2025: Company Update

Eco Recycling's board has appointed Dr. Yeshwant Sontakke as an Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. His extensive background in environmental toxicology and protection is a valuable addition to the company's e-waste recycling operations. The board also appointed CS Neha Poddar as the new Secretarial Auditor for five years, following the resignation of the previous auditor, M/s KPUB & Co. Additionally, the company's 31st Annual General Meeting is proposed to be held on September 30, 2025.
