Shigan Quantum's Board increased its planned investment in its subsidiary, Shigan Electronics, for automation and tech in EMS & EV Components. The proposal is now Rs. 12.00 Cr (from Rs. 5.63 Cr) of unspent funds, subject to shareholder approval.
