    HCL Technologies granted 208,781 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to eligible employees. These RSUs, convertible into equity shares at ₹2 each, will not dilute EPS as shares are acquired from the secondary market. Previously approved RSUs totalling 68,844 were also cancelled.
