Godawari Power & Ispat Limited (GPIL) has announced its 26th Annual General Meeting via video conferencing. Shareholders will vote on approving the annual financial statements for FY25 and a final dividend of Re.1 per equity share. The agenda includes re-appointing Mr. Dinesh Agrawal and Mr. Vinod Pillai as Directors. The re-appointment of Mr. Bajrang Lal Agrawal as Chairman-cum-Managing Director for five years is also proposed, with a proposed annual salary from Rs.3.60 Cr to Rs.9.60 Cr, up from his FY25 remuneration of Rs.3.60 Cr. The company's FY25 turnover was Rs.4762.89 Cr and net profit was Rs.769.64 Cr.
