Mercantile Ventures Ltd — Important, 26-08-2025: Company Update

Mercantile Ventures' promoter group saw an internal shareholding shift following the NCLT-approved amalgamation of Golden Star Assets Consultants into Trinity Auto Points. Golden Star, which held 1.44 Cr shares (12.86%), has now merged with Trinity. Consequently, Trinity's direct equity shareholding increased from 2.10 Cr shares (18.72%) to 3.54 Cr shares (31.58%). This restructuring within the promoter group does not alter the overall shareholding of the entire promoter and promoter group in the company, ensuring no change in their total stake.
