This includes the adoption of the audited financial statements for FY25 and the declaration of a final dividend of Rs. 5.00 per equity share. Key leadership changes were also approved, with Mr. Shyam Sunder Bhartia re-appointed as Director and Mr. Abhay Baijal as Managing Director for three years.
