Chambal Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited — Others, 26-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited held its Fortieth Annual General Meeting, where shareholders adopted the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. A final dividend of Rs. 5.00 per equity share for FY25 was declared. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Shyam Sunder Bhartia as a Director, Mr. Abhay Baijal as Managing Director for three years, and Mrs. Rita Menon and Dr. Rakesh Jain as Independent Directors for five-year terms. Remuneration for cost auditors and the appointment of secretarial auditors were also ratified, with all resolutions passing with requisite majority.
