Mahindra Logistics' board has approved a change in its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Saurabh Taneja has resigned, effective mid-September, to pursue an external career opportunity. Ms. Isha Dalal will take over as the new CFO, effective late September, following the review and approval by the Nomination and Remuneration and Audit Committees. Ms. Dalal brings over 15 years of diverse finance experience, including her current role as SVP and Head-Group FP&A at the Mahindra Group and prior experience at Hindustan Unilever. This leadership transition ensures continuity in a critical financial role for the company.
