Force Motors will hold its 66th Annual General Meeting on September 17, 2025, via video conference, to approve its Annual Report for FY25. The Board has proposed a dividend of ₹40 per share. For FY25, standalone revenue rose 15.44% to ₹8,071.23 Cr, with profit after tax soaring 99.15% to ₹799.97 Cr, boosted by ₹394.57 Cr in government incentives. The company’s joint venture, Force MTU Power Systems, achieved profitability of ₹1.01 Cr. Shareholders will also consider re-appointing Director Prashant V. Inamdar and approving remuneration for auditors and non-executive directors.
