Hubtown approved mergers of group entities ADPL & NREPL, consolidating control of '25 South' & '25 Downtown' luxury projects. This is projected to boost pre-sales to ₹6,000 Cr this year. Promoter group's stake will rise to ~63% post-merger, pending approvals.
