TECIL Chemicals and Hydro Power has announced its 80th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will convene on Thursday, September 18th, at 2:30 PM in Chingavanam to address ordinary and special business. The company has already emailed AGM notices and the FY24-25 Annual Report to shareholders. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 12th to 18th, with September 11th as the e-voting eligibility cut-off. E-voting will be active from September 15th (9 AM) to September 17th (5 PM). Physical Annual Reports will be provided only upon request.
