Shareholders can participate in e-voting; the cut-off date for voting rights is September 12, 2025. Remote e-voting will commence on September 16, 2025 (9:00 AM) and close on September 18, 2025 (5:00 PM). This virtual format allows broad shareholder participation for key decisions.
