    K2 Infragen's board approved the appointment of SMD & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years and MM & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY25-26. Both are subject to AGM approval. The 10th AGM is scheduled for Sept 26, 2025, with book closure Sept 20-26.
