Shareholders will receive the Annual Report and AGM Notice electronically. Remote e-voting is available from September 14, 2025 (9:00 AM) to September 17, 2025 (5:00 PM). Voting eligibility is based on shareholding as of September 11, 2025. The company's share transfer books will be closed for the AGM from September 11 to September 17, 2025.
