Electrosteel Castings Limited — Others, 27-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Electrosteel Castings held its 70th Annual General Meeting virtually, where shareholders addressed several key matters. These included adopting the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year, and approving a final dividend of Re. 1.40 per share. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sunil Katial and Mr. Uddhav Kejriwal as directors, and the re-appointment of Mr. Rajkumar Khanna as an Independent Director for a second five-year term. The meeting also ratified the remuneration for cost auditors and approved the appointment of a secretarial auditor. Voting results will be disclosed shortly.
