Asian Paints has informed shareholders about the transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority. This applies to shares where dividends have remained unclaimed for seven consecutive years or more. Affected shareholders have been sent individual notices. To avoid the transfer of their shares, shareholders must claim their outstanding dividends by November 7, 2025. After this deadline, shares will be transferred to the IEPF. Shareholders can later reclaim these shares directly from the IEPF Authority.
