Ddev Plastiks Industries Limited — Others, 27-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Ddev Plastiks Industries Limited has called its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 22, 2025, to be held virtually. Shareholders will consider and adopt the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, and a dividend of Rs. 1.75 per equity share (175%). The meeting will also address the re-appointment of Mr. Ddev Surana as a Director. Additionally, shareholders will approve remuneration for the Cost Auditors at Rs. 30,000 plus taxes for FY26 and appoint Mr. Ashok Kumar Daga as Secretarial Auditor for five years, with FY26 fees at Rs. 45,000 plus taxes. The record date for voting and dividend eligibility is September 15, 2025.
