GRM Overseas' board has approved key corporate actions. M/s Devesh Arora & Associates will serve as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26-FY30), subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The Directors' Report and Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, were also approved. The 31st AGM is scheduled for September 29, held virtually. Share transfer books will close from September 23 to September 29 for the AGM. Shareholders will receive the Annual Report and financial statements electronically.
