ACME Solar's board approved raising up to Rs. 3,000 Cr via equity/linked instruments. They also re-appointed Mr. Shashi Shekhar as Vice-Chairman & Whole-Time Director and appointed new Statutory & Secretarial Auditors. The 10th AGM is on Sep 29, 2025.
